February 17
This was my one weekend day to work out and I took advantage of it! I was on the treadmill for 65 minutes.
February 18
Today I was at the gym for 65 minutes! I had the day off of work and took advantage of it. I kept myself occupied by watching tv, and reading during the commercials.
February 20
Today I was at the gym for 45 minutes, I started using the incline on the treadmill
February 24
Today I went to the gym for an hour. I was on the treadmill the whole time, but switched up the speed and added in some incline. It said that I burned 500 calories and went a distance of 2.6 miles, so I'm very pleased with my progress! :-)
February 25
Today I was only at the gym for 30 minutes. I got on the treadmill for a warm up and then on the bike for 20 minutes.
February 27
Today I was on the treadmill for 55 minutes. I walked at an incline and a slower pace and I really felt the work out.
March 1
Today My mom and I went to my aunts house to see each other and take some pictures. We went for a 30 minute walk around a sceanic area. Any exercise is better than none!!!
March 5
Today I was fortunate enough to get off of work early. I got in 35 minutes on the treadmill. YAY!!! :-)
March 17
I finally got out of bed this morning to go to the gym. By the time I cleaned the car off from all the snow I only got in a 30 minute work out. But it's bettter than nothing I guess!
