(Which of course wasn't on our diet).  We decided that we weren't going to let this hold us back from having another great week toward our weight loss goals.&lt;br&gt;     We didn't lose as much as in our first two weeks, but were still able to lose something.  Pam lost 1.7 lbs, and Elizabeth lost 3 lbs.  With the closing of this week, we now only have to lose a combined weight loss total of 233 lbs!&lt;br&gt;     We achieved weight loss again for the third week in a row, and plan to continue in the weeks to come.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;img lbs, and Elizabeth lost 5 lbs.  Friends and family are starting to notice the difference and our clothes are starting to fit a little differently, both are giving us great incentive to continue our journey.&lt;br&gt;     We've  added exercise into our program and it's definitely paying off!  We  feel like we've got more energy throughout the day which is new to both of us. &lt;br&gt;     We are became 12.5 lbs closer to our combined weight loss goal of 260 lbs!!!  Pam lost 6 lbs her first week, and Elizabeth lost 6.5 lbs!  &lt;br&gt;     Through phone calls and e-mail we were able to show our support to each other even though we are many miles apart.  For the upcoming week we plan to focus on a more structured exercise program as well as continuing to eat only fresh health food with have decided that this is the year we get healthy!  We are starting our weight loss journey together and hope to lose a combined weight of 260lbs!  Pam's weight loss goal is to lose 110lbs, and Elizabeth's is to lose 150lbs!&lt;br&gt;      We both are very avid fans of the &lt;span style="font-style:italic"&gt;Biggest Loser&lt;/span&gt; and decided that it would be a dream come true to be a part of this journey.  We want to continue to strengthen the bond that we have between us and hope that with the support of each other, and the other contestants we can achieve our goals and possibly be a part of the &lt;span style="font-style:italic"&gt;Biggest Loser&lt;/span&gt; finale.&lt;br&gt;      We plan to be successful because we are both very determined to get into shape and be healthy. By the time I cleaned the car off from all the snow I only got in a 30 minute work out.  But it&amp;#39;s bettter than nothing I guess&amp;#33;  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;March 5&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Today I was fortunate enough to get off of work early.  I got in 35 minutes on the treadmill.  YAY&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&amp;#33; &amp;#58;-&amp;#41;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;March 1&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Today My mom and I went to my aunts house to see each other and take some pictures. We went for a 30 minute walk around a sceanic area. Any exercise is better than none&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&amp;#33; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;February 27&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Today I was on the treadmill for 55 minutes.  I walked at an incline and a slower pace and I really felt the work out.  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;February 25&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Today I was only at the gym for 30 minutes.  I got on the treadmill for a warm up and then on the bike for 20 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;February 24&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Today I went to the gym for an hour.  I was on the treadmill the whole time, but switched up the speed and added in some incline.  It said that I burned 500 calories and went a distance of 2.6 miles, so I&amp;#39;m very pleased with my progress&amp;#33; &amp;#58;-&amp;#41;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;February 20&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Today I was at the gym for 45 minutes, I started using the incline on the treadmill&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;February 18&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Today I was at the gym for 65 minutes&amp;#33;  I had the day off of work and took advantage of it. Recipes&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Italian Chicken&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#40;Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts&amp;#41; &amp;#40;Fat Free Italian Dressing&amp;#41; Place chicken in a baking dish with the dressing just covering the chicken and cover with foil. Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 min. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes on each side.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Crock Pot Roast&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#40;Small Pot Roast&amp;#41;&amp;#40;Green onions&amp;#41;&amp;#40;Green Pepper&amp;#41;&amp;#40;Potatoes&amp;#41;&amp;#40;Pepper, garlic powder,and Mrs Dash&amp;#41; Place seasoned Pot roast in crock pot with water more than covering.  Add cut up green onion, and green pepper.  Leave on High for 5 hours, add potatoes at 3 hours.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Chicken Fried Rice&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#40;Rice&amp;#41;&amp;#40;chicken&amp;#41;&amp;#40;egg&amp;#41;&amp;#40;sodium free soy sauce&amp;#41;  Cut up chicken in small cubes and fry with &amp;#34;I can&amp;#39;t believe it&amp;#39;s not butter spray&amp;#34;  Cook rice as directed.  Set chicken aside and fry rice.  Stir in beaten egg until cooked.  Mix in chicken and soy sauce.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Meatloaf&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#40;Lean ground beef&amp;#41;&amp;#40;Egg&amp;#41;&amp;#40;dried bread crumbs&amp;#41;&amp;#40;green onion&amp;#41;&amp;#40;green pepper&amp;#41;&amp;#40;garlic&amp;#41;&amp;#40;salt and pepper&amp;#41;Mix all ingredients together and bake at 400 degrees for an hour.
