    We're on a Roll

          We're on a roll, we both had a great second week.  Pam lost another 4.5 lbs, and Elizabeth lost 5 lbs.  Friends and family are starting to notice the difference and our clothes are starting to fit a little differently, both are giving us great incentive to continue our journey.
         We've  added exercise into our program and it's definitely paying off!  We  feel like we've got more energy throughout the day which is new to both of us.
         We are going to continue to be just as disciplined this week, anticipating more great results!
    January 21

    Very Motivated

          Our first week went very well!  We were both able to stay on track and became 12.5 lbs closer to our combined weight loss goal of 260 lbs!!!  Pam lost 6 lbs her first week, and Elizabeth lost 6.5 lbs! 
         Through phone calls and e-mail we were able to show our support to each other even though we are many miles apart.  For the upcoming week we plan to focus on a more structured exercise program as well as continuing to eat only fresh health food with smaller portions.
         We persevered through a tough start for the both of us, and came out ahead! Open-mouthed
    January 06

    Bound and Determined

          We are best friends who also happen to be mother and daughter.  We have decided that this is the year we get healthy!  We are starting our weight loss journey together and hope to lose a combined weight of 260lbs!  Pam's weight loss goal is to lose 110lbs, and Elizabeth's is to lose 150lbs!
          We both are very avid fans of the Biggest Loser and decided that it would be a dream come true to be a part of this journey.  We want to continue to strengthen the bond that we have between us and hope that with the support of each other, and the other contestants we can achieve our goals and possibly be a part of the Biggest Loser finale.
          We plan to be successful because we are both very determined to get into shape and be healthy.  With the combination of eating healthy, exercise and moral support we will achieve our weight loss goals!
          As a very strong mother and daughter team we think we should win because we are going to work really hard, and stay motivated.  We are honest down to earth people that if given a chance will be role models for others like us.
